Mod lagging sometimes

I'm using this magnificent mod on my server. Sometimes the mod start lagging, my FPS drops below 12, and it's only when i start to break or dig something. Sometimes it doesn't lag and works normal, it's seems like a bug.
I realy like this mod, but i don't know what to do anymore. I already created another server, but still lagging. And isn't just me, other peoples on my server have the same situation and it's only this mod.

(I'm from Brazil, don't jud me about my english haha)
