warning when no internet available

Issue-experienced by ict-teacher

When starting a new project, while having no internet, the 'installing prerequisites' keeps on running in an endless loop.

A (time-out?) check and a warning would help:

'You seem to have no internet. Fix the connection and restart Easybloqs'
