Check marks in KA lite task-tray not registering the correct state

Expected Behavior

If user wants to set start-on-boot from task-tray Options and selects the Run Ka Lite at system startup, they need to input the system password to set the new scheduled task. Once the task is created task-tray should display the check mark in the above option.

Current Behavior

Check mark will appear as soon as the user selects the option and BEFORE the new scheduled task has actually been created:

If user cannot remember their password, or for any reason closes that terminal window without finishing the process, the task will not be created. However, the check mark will be present in the respective option indicating to the user that KA Lite will start at boot, when it will not since the task has not been installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 0.16
2. Open KA Lite.exe
3. Select the Run Ka Lite at system startup
4. Close the terminal window before inputting the password.
5. Restart the system.
