After several months of running Kalite on a HP laptop all of a sudden the program will not start and gets this message:

error:Enviroonmental variable KALITE_SCRIPT_DIR is not set

  • Installer: Windows 10
  • Version: 0.17.0

kalite error message

The laptop is in a school in India and I am in the US. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated since we need to get the kids back to their studies.

Hi @fhenson1 can you try to reinstall the KA Lite to set the KALITE_SCRIPT_DIR environment variable again.

@fhenson1 I think it's KA Lite application problem, because it need the KALITE_SCRIPT_DIR environment variable which pointed to x\Python27\scripts path.
