KA Lite states file is persistent in /tmp, should be purged when starting installation #474

Summary

Should add a call to rm_states, maybe in preinst, assuming this is the very first stage.

The file might otherwise be left behind after installing and cause odd behavior during upgrades etc.

It's not currently causing any breakage, but it likely does somehow affect behavior, but haven't really debugged it.
