Can someone please update download sizes and expand the 'Download Videos in Bulk section. For instance I downloaded the English torrent, the torrent download size was 46.77GB.

The section mentions that you need about 150GB of disk space but I am not sure this is accurate? Can you please explain this more clearly?

"Downloading Videos in Bulk
The full set of videos, if downloaded through the KA Lite interface,
will occupy more than 150GB. If you want to download all the videos, we
also have torrent files with resized videos (~33 GB for English). To
fetch all the videos, download and open the appropriate torrent file."

To give some context: I have implemented downloading and seeding of Ka-Lite torrent in Internet in a box (IIAB) using transmission-daemon. I hope this will help distribution of the content until kollibri IPFS lands.

Hi @arky

There are two different options for downloading videos:

  1. if downloaded through the KA Lite interface
  2. we also have torrent files with resized videos (~33 GB for English)

the torrent download size was 46.77GB

Thanks, it seems that the size estimates should be updated! Thanks for seeding!

Kolibri IPFS isn't really decided yet, but it's definitely on the drawing board :)
