The Table of Content (left sidebar) didn't show correctly when browsing #2

Description

Click any item from the table of content in left sidebar, the chapter will be open, but the sidebar will show unexpected "Loading" text, which makes it hard to browse to other chapters smoothly, and we have to click "back" button of browser and find the table of content again.
