Can't confirm transaction for minutes: Pop-over not loading balance and connecting to contract interface fails, after minutes it does load

Steps to reproduce (sometimes) (try with slow connection if it doesn't happen)

1. Go to stacks.gamma.io
2. Connect with Leather
3. List an NFT (for example a BNSv2 name)
4. See errors in console

And at the top of the pop-over you'll see 0 STX balance

And you can't click "confirm" it is not clear why (we need better messaging it looks related to a connection issue here).

The fee does load normally.

Workaround, wait longer for the balance up top to load, then proceed as normally:
