Where are the comments?

I don't think this is any way to write a library.
I got this in some code for a TTWATCH and can't use it without substantial effort to guess and try things.
It may be a good library but it's not worth using without comments explaining parameters, return, etc

And after 3 years still nothing happened here. Just replace this library with another one. For example, I still haven't checked what setTimer can do and how it is used.
