IP Geolocation Blocking CloudFlare

Hi
I want to do a curl to a Shopify site but is behind Cloudflare.
It can be only access from a US IP address and not other countries.
I got error of "Sorry, you have been blocked".

Is there away that I can bypass this?

Why have I been blocked?
