Game chat noise (optional)

Players familiar with other chat platforms may expect some sort of chat noise. Of course some opponents would abuse this noise, so it has to be easy to silence (I'll look into doing this as a userscript although it still could be a Lichess feature).

there could be a toggle notification mute button next to the voice chat button so people can mute it immediately if they like. Also it is a good idea to make it in such a way that it remembers the setting for the next game and possibly match a setting toggle in the preferences.
