Broadcast: Pin comments in chat

Similar to how comments are pinned in twitch chats, give broadcast contributors the option to pin messages in the top of the chat box (for important information/news that people would miss in the broadcast description)

-> example: Sinquefield cup 2022 when the question why MC dropped out was constantly asked because people weren't reading the description

If people are not reading the description, what are the odds of them reading the pinned comments?

A lot higher I'd say as they are writing in chat, they are looking at the chatbox for sure and as the message is even highlighted in green, I assume (or hope) they'd read this. But your point is very valid, I don't know for sure ofc if they'll read it.
