分页插件性能差 #14

为什么和其他的分页插件性能差了一倍....比如Mybatis_PageHelper.

分页时都会产生临时表，就算只排序也会，这样性能肯定不行。
需要根据分页条件进行优化

MySQL下性能问题比较严重

getCount()有问题，资源没有释放，导致接不够。
