Resources Page Figma Link Has Default Cursor #208

The "View in Figma" link on the resources page shown here:

has the default cursor, when it should probably have the pointer cursor.

This issue should be labeled "enhancement" and "good first issue" by someone with appropriate permissions.

The link is an <a> with a <button> embedded inside of it. Interestingly enough, other buttons and links on the page have the correct cursor.
