目前使用在线规则有些会漏掉，如果需要补充，只能手动搜索关键字(目前只能单个关键词, 如ad和game我需要搜索两次)，然后是搜索的结果只能一个个点进去关闭(如果很多app命中就要点击好多次详情页)，而不是像在线规则一样，在结果页可以直接展开子项目一个个关闭或者点击右上角全部关闭

希望能够增加一个菜单项，创建自己的规则集，如如一键添加关键字或者正则".ad., .adv., .ads., advert, advertisement, advertising"，使用时和在线规则的使用流程一样，并且支持备份自己的规则合集
