Describe the problem

Exodus在规则里面提供了对于tracker的跟踪规则，Blocker的通用规则在导入Exodus规则的时候省略了这一部分。未来Blocker会添加Hosts的屏蔽支持，所以有必要把Exodus的trakcker地址一并支持。

Exodus provides tracking rules for trackers within its rules. The general rules of Blocker omit this part when importing Exodus rules. In the future, Blocker will add support for blocking hosts, so it is necessary to also support Exodus tracker addresses.

Describe the solution

1. 在通用规则中的data clas中新增一个属性，将Exodus规则中的Network detection rule添加进来
2. 在通用规则中的详情页面显示这个属性
3. 更新现有的通用规则
