So, instead of verifying, say, https://download.lineage.microg.org/sailfish/lineage-17.1-20211225-microG-sailfish.zip, how would I go about verifying https://download.lineage.microg.org/sailfish/lineage-17.1-20211225-microG-sailfish-recovery.img? Are at least some of them signed at all?

they are not signed. @n1zzo @corna could you please sign the recoveries as well?
