Mint X Dark icons are incomplete #116

It may be a better place to report it. Thus I'm raising this issue.

Many Mint-X Dark icons are missing, for example .../actions/scalable/xfce-system-exit.svg. They do are present in the normal Mint-X icon theme [1]

It persists in 1.3.1 - the shutdown, logout and lock screen buttons in Cinnamon with Mint-X-Dark theme are ugly.

The last commit in my fork [1] makes the hi-res icons detected, but they're simply too big. @clefebvre can you please comment something on it? I seem to be more interested in fixing this bug than the devs themselves!

This is still current on mint 19.1. I noticed in particular that blueman-disabled was missing (it should be a symlink to bluetooth-disabled). Without it, when bluetooth is disabled, the blueman applet displays a black icon that is essentially invisible if you use the default "Linux Mint" theme for Cinnamon.
