在第一次提醒之后，依然保持动作不变，后续不会再提醒

现在发布的版本就是这样的，更实用的话就加个计时器，隔一段时间警告一次。视频里还有一套逻辑就是错误坐姿持续越久，就切换不同的警告，但我写得还是有点 Bug，所以最后发布的是这个最简单的，坐姿每变换一次就发一次语音提示

我尝试把 forwardheadPlayerFlag = false 去掉，后面加个计数归0，不知道是否可行
