[BUG] Single-speaker layout behaving strangely when screen share is created.

Describe the bug
From a user in Slack: "an issue we are seeing is that the screenshare randomly shrinks for a few seconds during the VOD playback (screenshot attached), sometimes after switching from video to screenshare and sometimes during the screenshare."

I think the single-speaker template might have a layout problem with screen share tracks, where they are not filling the entire screen.
