Hi everyone! I'm very new to umap. As a non math nor CS background student, it's really challenging to find the cross entropy in the code. Could someone tell me where to find them? |

The cross entropy is not calculated in the code (it's not needed to optimize the layout and it would be computationally expensive to calculate). |
