🥰 Feature Description

Perplexity just announced that "Citations" are now enabled for everyone via the API, no flag needs to be specified. And you'll notice they are now showing in LobeChat... Circled in red in my screenshot:

The only issue is none of these references currently link back to their sources, they're plain text.

🧐 Proposed Solution

I'd like the references to link back to the URLs which the API returns rather than them being displayed in plain text.
