Bootstrap toolbar collapses oddly when window is too small #3

When you shrink the width of the window the Bootstrap toolbar collapses, a button appears on the right, and the "jobs" link vanishes. I just hacked that "jobs" link in by guessing the Bootstrap semantics, but I probably missed some CSS foo.
