Kafka Client version in docs is inconsistent

The Kafka Client version is stated as 2.1.0 in Kafka intput plugin and Kafka output plugin docs from Logstash 7.4 to 7.8

However, from Kafka input change log and Kafka outut change log, It mentioned kafka client is updated to version 2.3.0.

What plugin version is the kafka input and output plugin for Logstash 7.4 ~ 7..8? We should update the docs to correctly reflect the current Kafka Client version.
