Download button covers up other text in video-assent/consent

Summary

In some translations, the "Download" button on the video-assent and video-consent frames can cover up other text on the page. This probably happens for any languages where the word for "Download" and/or the text that's to the left of this button is longer than the English versions, because the frames weren't designed with those possibilities in mind.

Thanks @blauzo for reporting this on the French translation PR (#403).
