finalise the docs

the docs are incomplete, which makes using some features of nokss a bit difficult (trees, tables, etc). they should be completed.

also #2 might cause substantial changes and result in changes to the existing docs. however I suspect the missing docs won't be much affected and these two can be done relatively independently.
