Use underscores for the default theme

If I'm not mistaken, underscores comes with specific tooling e.g. for Sass and style linting. WordPressify already has these features. In fact it is configured for PostCSS by default, so integrating underscores would change that infrastructure of WordPressify which is probably not desirable. And if someone wanted to use underscores with WordPressify, they could just clone the underscores repo and copy/paste PHP files into src/theme, and setup WordPressify to handle Sass.

In short, my point is that underscores can be added by people who really want it, but using it by default would require changing quite a bit of WordPressify infrastructure and it has no benefit to people like me or to those that want PostCSS.

But if someone else went ahead and made a PR that integrates underscores I wouldn't mind. I just wouldn't invest the time to do it. Unless you wanna sponsor me wink wink
