Chosen Plugin issue

I'm using the chosen plugin (http://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/) on the system we are working with. The problem I'm facing is that when you try to select the year drop-down witch has been modified with chosen, the month picker fails. I used datepicker (jquery-ui) and it works with 'chosen' without any issues.
