ie11 Selection Dialog doesnt Disappear when Selecting Month

I'm using jquery 1.10.4 and i cant seem to get the dialog to disappear after selecting a month. Works fine in all other browsers. I had a similar problem with the native jquery datepicker and found a solution here: https://gist.github.com/sinelaw/5416130
