Can already go from request to query, but there's no link back.

So, I started going down this route, but it made me wonder, is a separate page for a specific query necessary?

What if the list of queries that happened during a request just expanded to show the query specifics instead of taking you to a different page?

You still might want to see a list of queries, and then be able to drill down in to them. The queries index page actually helped me a few times with our current app. We could get a little more fancy and stuff, but I think keeping it super simple with a click through is probably the easiest right now.
