[Feature Request]: Tweak visual appearance of plasmoid popups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently I have a light theme with light dark panels.
When I do trigger plasmoids popups, they appear in my regular desktop light theme.

Describe the solution you'd like
But i would like it follow the visual of the panels.

I was about to open a ticket about this feature as well... it would be really nice if the changes applied to the panel were also applied to the plasmoid popups (f.i. when we click the calendar) and the Kickoff.
