Can't install from Add Widgets and discover installs older version

This is the same bug as luisbocanegra/plasma-panel-modes-switcher#3 and luisbocanegra/plasma-panel-spacer-extended#16

I have now opened a bug report about this problem on KDE Bugzilla https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=482349 hopefully they are able to figure out why this is happening and can fix this soon. Fixed for Frameworks 6.1

As a workaround download the plasmoid file and install manually with kpackagetool6 (change -i to -u for upgrading or -r for removing)

kpackagetool6 -t Plasma/Applet  -i /path/to/plasmoid/plasmoid-name.plasmoid
