No longer works on the desktop app

I know it doesn't work on some platforms, but I feel like it's worth pointing that the desktop app no longer works, and is now behaving exactly like the web browser version. From my testing, it seems to be because the image is too small, but I really don't know.
I tried with a big image, it works the first time but you have to restart the app to make it trigger again. The big image is always loading and blurry, and after some time you get an error. Maybe it doesn't like images from vercel, and you need to self host?
I also tried to change the image to a 1x1 GIF, but it doesn't help at all.
I'm sure there is a way to work around those issues, but I'm out of ideas. I'm sure the mobile versions will also get updated, and then this tool will become completely useless
