[FEATURE] Add internationalisation

Is it possible to have a English - British variant?

For example, I am used to read Favourites as opposed to Favorites.

I'm in Australia, so I'm used to seeing favourites too, but I'm not adverse to most American spelling.

I'll certainly add internationalisation to the backlog, but with all of the work I still have to do for the 'Favorites' tab (see there I go again, it's just natural these days), the 'Create' tab, and the 'News' tab, it's unlikely I'll be able to get to it any time soon. Sorry.
