Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The app already has support for hosting in anonfiles and gofiles. This would just act as an addition to the already existing functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like
Extend BaseCloudFileHost interface and implement google cloud file hosting. Add google cloud to discord bot as an option with new environmental variables to control authentication.
