With the release of 15.2 and 14.7.2, the feed has the release dates as 2024-12-11T00:00:00Z, which is before the updates were actually available. This shifts deadline calculations up one day. This looks to be consistent with other releases as well. SOFA has 15.1.1 as being available on the 18th in time zones west of GMT, but Apple released it on the 19th.
