Visual reports: Continuous variables should all show same plot types #84

[Noting the issue now, but visual reports issues to be addressed after summary reports.]
Currently, continuous variables in decimal format and integer format display different plot types.

With decimal format, density plots:

{78E39F6C-592F-4EF0-B30A-2B698CB2059B}

With integer format, histograms:

{041CF9CA-3A45-4125-A291-589F86883BA4}

The same plot type should be used for all continuous variables.
First choice: histogram with density curve overlaid (if not too difficult/long to implement).
Second choice: all as density plots.

I would go with the density curve overlaid solution.
