Input dataset assessment report > Data dictionary summary

1. Change column titles to:
   Index
   Variable name
   Variable label
   Variable valueType
   Category codes and labels
   Category missing codes

2. (IF POSSIBLE AND DOESNT TAKE TOO LONG)
   Change category missing codes cell contents to only show missing codes (i.e.,, don’t show FALSE).
   First choice: Print the actual code and label (e.g., 7 = Prefer not to answer).
   Second choice: Print code = TRUE (e.g., 7 = TRUE).
