1.1.4 doesn't have support for PHP 7.4 #2

In the master branch support for PHP 7.4 is added, but when you check the latest tag (1.1.4) the php requirements are not updated. When you do an install via composer on the Magento 2.4.3 in combination with PHP 7.4 the install will fail.
