imagemagick might need to be installed by default

Right now only libmagickcore-dev is installed. This works on my machine with both gem install rmagick and gem install mini_magick but failed on some machines without first sudo apt-get install imagemagick. I was hoping to avoid installing imagemagick since its fairly large but c'est la vie, if its a problem, we must fix it.
