Could you make a comment about timeline for easy_handeye2 or could you tell me what's the remaining critical thing need to be done, I am eager to use easy_handeye with ROS2 version. Thanks!

unfortunately I have very little time to work on it, so I can't make any statement about a timeline. You can still use the ROS1 version in your ROS2 setup using the ROS1 bridge.
You can try starting the demo and perform the calibration in there, and try debugging where it fails. PRs are very welcome!
