If the tab size is 2, it will be solved, but if it is 4, it will be reproduced equally ... 😂

I can confirm, a third nested list item will fail according to the spec, however this appears to be the same behavior as Commonmark.

@calculuschild I think it was misrepresented..!
It is reproduced in the following case. (4 space in 1 depth)
