It's mucking up etckeeper a bit.

Instead provide an INSTALL_PREFIX option (defaulting to /etc/multizone-audio)

fix #22: output_dir, install_dir, generate output_dir/config.out.json

config.json will substitute envvars when generating output_dir/config.out.json
