[Feature Request] View puzzle descriptions from inside the code editor

It would be convenient if I could view the puzzle description alongside my code, like this:

I have been thinking about doing this last year already though I did not find a suitable solution. I did a few tests and it is probably the easiest to fetch the HTML of the day, get the children from the main part and shove it into an Webview.

Then we'd just have to remove the input field and maybe the footer etc.
But: I am unsure whether this would be legal or if it would infringe copyright stuff
