when i add campaign i got this error

Python Version: 2.7.11
Django Version: 1.8.9
Exception Type: KeyError
Exception Value: u'manager'

Error during template rendering

In template /Users/storm/dev/env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/django/contrib/admin/templates/admin/includes/fieldset.html, error at line 17
