To reuse those artifacts with a future compilation, set the environment variable CARGO_TARGET_DIR to that path.

Probably a duplicate of #815 (assuming you used homebrew). Probably fixed soon, just waiting on the vapoursynth crate to release the update.

As a workaround, you can do (on ARM)

export LIBRARY_PATH="$LIBRARY_PATH:/opt/homebrew/lib"
cargo build

or (on x86_64)

export LIBRARY_PATH="$LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/homebrew/lib/"
