Should be able to use keyboard shortkeys with Shift and number keys.
Actual behaviour
If I try to add Shift+1, it becomes Shift+! (<Shift>exclam in dconf) and I can't trigger the action with the key combination. It also doesn't work if I manually change it to Shift+1 via dconf.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Try to add any shortcut with Shift and number keys.
