automatize generation from csv #22

given

csv file, must have column name filename
select "default" columns (cookiecutter?)
a collection of structure files

do

parse csv into DB
for each field, get possible values:
if numeric: compute range
if not: make a list (perhaps skip if too many items / too long strings)
