Going to http://discover.materialscloud.org/cofs the links to active apps are missing the "cofs" prefix.

This can be fixed by providing a prefix to the Server instance
https://bokeh.pydata.org/en/latest/docs/reference/server/server.html

can probably be done from the cli as well
