Description
When the record selector opens, it displays a list of the first 10 records. This list cannot be expanded, and records outside of these initial 10 are inaccessible. The only available option is to filter the list to locate a specific record. This setup is inconvenient when the user doesn't know the details of the record and would prefer to choose from an expanded list.
Expected behavior
When the record selector opens, it should display an expandable list of records, allowing users to scroll through or paginate to view additional entries. Additionally, the columns should be sortable when no filtering is applied, enabling users to more easily locate records.
Additional context
One interesting idea to consider is what Airtable does: it allows users to set up a limitation at the column level to the records that are displayed, based on a "view." In Airtable's terms, a "view" is essentially a saved combination of filtering and sorting criteria.
